What are the business hours?
The office is open between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM daily. Our resident manager is happy to answer any questions you may have about our services. Be sure to call for appointment or availability.
What are the gate hours?
Our customers can get access to their self-storage units from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily. We offer online payment options, though, so you won’t need to make the drive here at the end of each month just to pay your rent.
How far are you from Portsmouth, RI?
We are about 6 miles away, meaning you can reach us after a short 10-minute drive via RI-114 N. We’re also convenient to the communities of Warren, Tiverton, Middletown, Rehoboth, Fall River, and East Providence.
What type of stuff can I store?
You can store nearly anything in our storage units, including furniture, household appliances, and seasonal equipment. If you’re a student, we can help cut the stress of having to move everything multiple times. Make life easier for you and your parents by leaving your items with us!
What is drive-up access?
Our drive-up storage units allow our customers to park right next to the door of their units. This makes for an easier move, as they can load and unload things faster and with less effort.
Do you have interior storage?
Yes, we have a variety of storage units on the second floor. These can easily be reached with a freight elevator for your convenience. You can get the same space at a lower price with our 2nd-floor units!
How safe is the property?
Great question! Franklin Self Storage is a fenced and gated facility, with plenty of security lights and cameras. Entry can only be obtained by our customers through key code access.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
We sure do. We have plenty of exterior storage space for cars, trucks, equipment, ATVs, RVs, boats, and trailers.
How do I rent a unit?
